Do not trust this company. I booked a party for my daughter. They forgot the party bags and said they would post them. I paid in cash £115 outstanding balance on the day of the party. After several weeks, When party bags were not sent, I chased them up, only to receive an email stating that I still owed them £60 as they say £60 was stolen out of the bag on party day! With no proof the email went onto to accuse one of my daughters friends. When I questioned this allegation I was shouted abuse down the phone. She said she noticed the money missing immediately however she did not mention this until 3 weeks after the party and only when I chased them for refund of the party bags. Extremely unprofessional and abusive.
