After having started participating as a CrossFit athlete in 2013, Jake has competed at a number of competitions including Pound4Pound, Tribal Clash, Battle of the Boxes and Glacier Games. He also has a number of competitions lined up for 2016.
Since starting as an athlete, Jake found a love for the sport and decided to become a fully qualified Level 2 CrossFit coach. Since, he has also attained the CrossFit Gymnastics and Weightlifting qualifications and the British Weightlifting coaches qualification.
As a competitor and a coach, Jake knows what it takes to develop athletes for everyday CrossFit and programs for competition prep.
Jake is also available for individual and group Personal Training.
