Terrible solicitors-do not use!

We had the misfortune to deal with Everys 2012-2014-they were the professional trustee+executors of my ex-partners Will. Over this period they lost paperwork, obfuscated, caused endless delays+gave advice which seemed only to benefit Everys. The behaviour of one partner was actively aggressive+bullying when I questioned (as a co-trustee)their advice+refused to agree with their suggested course of action. Their fees went up four times over the 2yr period,they always charged for partners advice but the actual accounts were littered with errors. Dealing with them was a nightmare of unanswered calls and emails. Don't go near them, I should've reported them to the Law Society, but was so scarred by the experience I just wanted closure.
