I am an MBACP,(British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) and I am on the NMC Register and work within their codes of conduct. I am in Advanced Training in Transactional Analysis (Psychotherapy). My main approach is based on Transactional Analysis (TA) principles of valuing each individual and recognising their capacity to think and problem solve in order to make healthier choices in life.
