Damaged Hobbs Dress
Worst Company ever! Having taken my New Hobbs Dress to be shortened. It was returned with Fabric pulled & flawed at front of dress. Returned to shop, offered No support. Until i insisted it was not acceptable. 2 weeks later returned to store. It looked like flaw had been repaired only to check again in Day light it is still very noticeable! To boot my dress was returned with what feels like a glue stain stain & fabric marked on back of dress. Have attempted to email Ahmed x 2 still No reply??? Man in shop has absolutely No Customer skills or offers No Customer Support.
