Empty Legs

Execflyer offer empty-leg deals for one-way flights across the world to our clients with regular mail-outs to keep them updated on what's available. Whilst our database is one of largest available, we are in the process of developing a new empty-leg system that will become the most comprehensive available and also provide real-time availability of aircraft, helping us to continue to offer our clients the most suitable and cost-effective air travel solutions.

Events

As a complimentary extension of the helicopter charter business, Execflyer organise VIP aircraft and helicopter shuttles to major events such as the Ryder Cup, Cheltenham Festival, Royal Ascot and European Formula One Grand Prix races to name but a few and bespoke VVIP air travel packages to specific events at the request of our clients. We also partner with VIP hospitality providers at the events we service to offer our clients an all-inclusive VIP experience. In addition, Execflyer also provides landing site and heliport operation services for organisations such as the Dallas Burston Polo Club in Warwickshire for whom we manage all helicopter movements and events.

Aircraft Management

Another area in which Execflyer is experienced is that of aircraft management, ranging from light general aviation aircraft up to wide-body airliners. We offer bespoke aircraft management packages tailored to the needs of our clients including aircraft acquisition and disposal, CAMO coverage, maintenance planning, insurance, cleaning and detailing, crew recruitment and rostering, flight planning including permits and flight watch. We can also place aircraft on an AOC if desired, allowing for the operating costs to be offset by chartering it out when not required by the owner.

Aircraft Leasing

One particular area in which Execflyer has been expanding recently is ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance) lease, especially with cargo aircraft. Execflyer has been tasked with providing a number of Antonov aircraft for cargo operations in Africa, which are expected to be in place early next year. We can arrange ACMI leases for any aircraft type to private and airline clients, as well as dry, damp wet lease structures.

Execflyer have expertise in dealing with a number of specialist aviation requirements including air evacuations, movement of precious or dangerous air cargo, air drops and ransom drops. We are also on hand to provide medical evacuation flights or fly people and equipment into hostile environments across Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Recent work has included evacuations in North Africa, ransom drops in Somalia and transport of fine art from London to New York. We work with ex UK Special Forces personnel on the planning and execution of tasks in this sector of the business, and our partner firm are able to provide services including in-flight and airport security, electronically-secured and tracked security cases and arrange secure vaults at any airport.
