Extruder Shop

We are European agents for the excellent CFAM range of twin-screw extruders. These rugged, easy to operate and low cost extruders are suitable for the production of expanded snacks, breakfast cereals, pet foods, aquaculture feeds, pharmaceuticals, powder coatings and compounding plastics. CFAM also manufacture a range of mixers and feed bins designed to work seamlessly with the extruders. We also sell barrel liners, feedscrews and shafts to fit a wide range of popular extruders. Components are available in a wide range of materials, from tool and stainless steels to metal matrix composites.

Twin-screw Extruders

We offer the excellent CFAM range of twin screw extruders, ranging from the TX28 Laboratory extruder right through to the 2 t/hr TX80, a machine which has become very popular with petfood and cereal manufacturers. CFAM extruders are low cost and rugged.

Extruder Wear Components

Barrel liners, feedscrews and shafts are available for a number of popular twin-screw extruders, in materials ranging from tool and stainless steels to powder metallurgy metal matrix composites.
