I Would like to say a big thank you to Malcolm for his excellent service. When i rang a few weeks back Tilly was very patient and understanding on the phone. Malcolm then came to my home today to help me understand my Tibetan terriers behaviour a lot better. He was very freindly, polite and was extremly knowledgable. He was here for 3 hours and at every point I was learning something new. So my Tibetan was trying to dominate me and was showing some signs of food aggression, Malcolm was great at explaining about where I was going wrong making sure I understood at every point of the session. I feel much more confident around my dog now I have been given the correct learning tools to up keep and also recommendations of tools to help to. I can honestly say not even 24 hours on and it's like I have a new dog! She's been so calm and listened to every command I have given. I HIGHLY recommend and thank you again :)

Malcom was brilliant with my Rottweiler who's had difficulty with socialising with other dogs. Malcom explained the basics of dog behaviour and the signs that as a pack leader, I should be looking out for when encountering other dogs. I was taught how to assess my surroundings and potential situations, and how to diffuse any anti-social behaviour from happening. I was then given tools by Malcom on how to work my Rottweiler to get him socialised from a distance, gradually closing the gap to interact with other dogs. I am a long way from getting my big guy socialised, but already seeing improvement with him from the tools Malcom added to my arsenal. I really recommend this service, and want to say a massive thank you to Malcom, for being so approachable and offering such an amazing service.
