Reflexology

Reflexology is a Holistic Therapy that works on the Mind, Body and Soul. By gently but firmly massaging the reflex points of the feet, regularly, this assists the body into a healing response and induces total relaxation and balance for most. Reflexology can reduce anxiety and stress, improve circulation and insomnia, eliminate toxins, boost our immune system and improve fertility.

Booking Information

We recommend that our treatments are booked within a week of when required especially during busy periods. Please can you let the therapist be aware of any medication, recent surgery, allergies or in the event of a pregnancy. Please Note that 24 hours notice is required for cancellations in all cases otherwise there will be a 50% charge. So please ring us asap to cancel any bookings, thank you.
