Terrible landlord
Lived under her for 18 months in a substandard property - boiler never worked, mouldy floors and walls. Ended up with the council threatening to prosecute her for the conditions and the Homeowner took the property back after a year of not being paid his money. - i wouldn't be surprised to see her in court one day.

Bad Landlord
Has terrible condition properties, doesnt talk to tenants unless the rent stops and had stopped paying landlords rent. but shared unlicensed HMO's on meter with tenants left to pay off old property debts -saying she couldn't pay it. - I lived under her for 18 months. the Landlord ended up taking the house back with the councils help. - Don't go near her.
