Really disappointed
Bought a Bayswater oiled oak fire surround which was deivered Nov/Dec 2013 and fitted early 2014 by a gas safe engineer. Not used much until late 2014 when we noticed the laminate edging above the fire was coming loose. Contacted Fire Outlet Wallsend who advised that as 12 months had passed since supply they could do nothing. Would not even visit to see problem. Obviously fire surround is not fit for purpose if the laminate edging is lifting after only 1 years use. Have used this company before but will not again. Very poor customer service.
