Patronizing unhelpful rude
Would not give any stars. I was enquiring about a wood burning stove, and needed expert help to come and view the room to ascertain their advice on the most effective model, and what was required to put a woodburner in place. The most unhelpful patronizing arrogant and rude salesperson I have ever come across. I would not give them the time of day, they dont deserve any custom. I recommend you go elsewhere, where they know the value of customer relatuionships.

Rogue Traders
All is not good with the fireplace warehouse, my 85 yr old mother ordered a fireplace and surround from their Burnley showroom, all very pleasant and nice, what a pity the installer didn't attend the same charm school as the salesman. The installer "Andy" visited my parents home and carried out an inspection of the room where the new fire was to be installed, he carried out a smoke test and smoke came into the room so he anounced the flue was blocked and would have to be upgraded at a cost of several hundred pounds. At no point was rectification of the blocked flue discussed and the upgrade would have meant cutting blockwork out of the wall from floor to roof, lots of mess decoration destroyed. The fitter also on a personal level should not be allowed near vulnerable and frail elderly customers he was abrasive and very grumpy stating,"I want paying in cash, don't be givin me no cheques" After this visit my parents decided to get a second opinion from a local fireplace in Leyland, they came along, they also carried out a smoke test and hey presto the flue passed with flying colours. the technician was pleasant reasuring and didn't demand cash!! So the order with Fireplace Warehouse Burnley was cancelled and the job of installing a new fire and surround was given to the Leyland Fireplace Centre, Turpin Green Lane, Leyland. The new fire was fitted and works perfectly, no fuss, no grumpy fitter and NO FLUE UPGRADE. The Fireplace Warehouse despite several phone calls, letters, emails and visits to the Burnley office have kept my parents £400 deposit, If you are thinking of using this company, make sure you get a second or third survey they might be adding extra un-needed work to get more money.

Brilliant Service
This company is absolutely brilliant to deal with, great prices & very knowledgable & friendly staff. The fitting service was second to none & the customer service team was brilliant :-)

Excellent range
Fireplace have an excellent range of fireplaces on display. I bought my living room firelplace from here, and it really is a stunning centrepiece for the room. The displays here are excellent and there are plenty of sales staff around to help you choose the right fireplace for you.
