avoid at all costs
ordered a fire on 6/11/22 for £975 which they stated was in stock and a 5 day delivery time ! heard nothing so rang after 7 days to be told it was not in stock and would be another week ? rang again to be told mid december so left it another week and rang for a more specific date to be told it would be February so cancelled but cannot get them to refund my money now 15/12/22 please read the reviews on trustpilot before you do anything

Great Customer Service Bought the Geo Cast fireplace beam, great non combustible product, although the delivery company damaged the product twice Sham was on the case immediately ordering replacements; eventually delivering on a pallet to ensure it arrived in good condition - great customer service and competitive price. I'm apprehensive about internet shopping, but from my experience this company demonstrates a high level customer care and Sham is the man to ensure this.
