I had bad smell in my en suite bathroom, phoned first 4 drainage ltd and they said they will come and jet wash all pipe work and the toilets and will charge me £110 for one hour or £165 for two. They came and spent 35 minutes altogether. Only used a suction machine for 6 minutes and didn't even clean the wash basin pipe work, where the bad smell came from.They promised me a lot when I first contacted them but didn't get rid of the bad smell at all. When I contacted them the next day, they were not interested to hear from me and were very rude too. I had to pay another honourable person to come and clean the wash basin pipe work and the P-Trap, which did get rid of the bad smell. I will never ever trust them again.
