Excellent service
Very fast, but not rushing the job got it done. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they arrived about 15-20 minutes after our appointment. Makes a real difference in cleanliness of rugs and carpets. Our white shaggy rug took a beating from our dog and in the end, turned gray. Pretty gross. But they were able to get it back to life and now looks like brand new.

Top quality, polite cleaners, responsive office staff. My carpets came out really clean and the cleaners they used had some nice fragrance.

Great and on time

Professionalism and attention to detail

No hidden extras
I'm very picky about people I allow into my home. Unfortunately, I'm not able to do a sufficient job in cleaning my carpets on my own and have to rely on outsiders/companies to get the job done. After reading many reviews and calling around in the London area I've decided to give First Carpet Cleaning a try. They sounded professional and had great reviews. I needed to get everything done within a couple of days, and First Carpet Cleaning was able to fit me into their tight schedule. Thanks!

Cleaning some of my carpets
Cleaning some of my carpets is no small feat since one of my dogs often mistakes a bedroom carpet for the wild yonders of my backyard. Needless to say, the cleaners work cut out for him. They are pleasant, efficient and my carpets look great! Their products are considered 'green'. You can walk on your carpets within 30 minutes and your socks aren't a pair of soggy rags. Recommend them!

Carpet is spotless
Since the team cleaners running late he profusely apologized and when they started working they worked hard! The carpet cleaner was courteous and efficient, and the price was very competitive. My carpet is spotless and I would use their services again!

Have no hesitation in recommending them
I have been using for several months during which time I have found the services to be of a high standard, the customer service excellent and the service itself very flexible. Friendly and trustworthy service with no worries about moving furniture to get underneath to hidden areas. There is NOTHING these fabulous, hard-working girls cannot do. You can't go wrong
Exceptional service, awesome work, and fair pricing. They shampooed the carpets in a home we rented as well as a new home we bought. The carpets never looked better. You can't go wrong with First Carpet Cleaning.
