Disappointed
Very poor work on my kitchen, damaged ceiling due to putting down light in wrong place, skirting boards matched up with different board and join in the middle of it, same with the coving he put up, plastered up a hole where a down light should of gone. Put new pipes in to hang radiator didn’t put them in the correct place leaving the radiator to not be positioned in the centre of the wall. Charged us for a skip which never arrived leaving us to pay someone else to have it removed, asked for money before all the jobs where done. Unfortunately paid him because some of the jobs where satisfactory, he would come and do a couple of hours here and there and sometimes didn’t turn up at all with no communication , he’s agreed to refund me but to no avail after weeks of chasing him.

Awful
Dreadful. On our build lots of work not done to/signed off to Building Regulations standard which meant lots of rectifying issues. Middlesbrough Trading Standards are now involved and Independent Surveyor estimates a 5 figure repair bill on our build. Roof leaked, floor slab failed after 3 days, dangerous electrical work, incorrect specification roof windows fitted to name a few issues (There are many more). The Build started in January 2022 and was still not completed in June (for a single storey kitchen extension). Don't let this company anywhere near your house if you value it (or value your sanity!).
