Nothing to say but "appalling"

Although I have witness a few terribly professional drivers on this service in my 11 years of living in York, I find them as a whole to be a grumpy, careless bunch. Whilst pregnant I was sent flying by a driver who didn't wait for me to find a seat before setting off. Whilst on crutches I DID fall over in teh same circumstances. I have been snapped at; grunted at; spoken to by people in Customer Services in a totally abandoned and unsympathetic manner. Whilst riding my bicycle I have been unfortunate enough to have had so many buses drive ridiculously close to me that I have now given up complaining... Don't bother complaining to their customer services - even if you get one of the lovely ladies who do sound remotely concerned; all you will get is a generic letter stating that IF on speaking to the driver in question anything can be proven, it will be dealt with. And who, in the name of JMJ has a pen and paper on them whilst cycling to get the reg. no. of the bus and time of the incident??!!! Not impressed in the slightest...
