replaced dormer roofs now need replacing after less than 2 years

Jerry & company then First4roofs initially fitted 3 vents in my slate roof to stop loft condensation at a decent price & quickly. They noted the 3 dormer roofs needed replacing which was expected as old, though none had leaked. They were able to do the job quickly & for seemingly a good price. Despite promising photos of the finished work & an invoice, they never materialised. After a few weeks water streamed through my bedroom roof one night. Jerry returned & claimed his workman had forgotten to replace the slates over the felt & he would deal with it. That leak stopped. A few weeks later water streamed through the top of the window in the front bedroom. Jerry returned. The workman hadn't replaced the boards far enough over the guttering & it was dealt with. A few weeks later water dripped through that roof & through the side dormer. They returned, claimed slates had come loose & would sort it. Recent photos Oct 2016 show the botched patch up job that was done & that now needs replacing.
