Its truly incredible sometimes I doubt that what I am eating is right so I check the netcalendar just to make sure I don't have the quantities right. I am eating clean food 80% of the time but actually I am eating things that I really really like not plastic coated fat free rubbish that makes me feel hungry. I have done both weight watchers and slimming world in my day - never ever again !
