Avoid like the plague!

Fix Auto Cardiff was contracted by the insurer of the car that hit our car, they exaggerated the cost of OEM parts and exaggerated the amount of work needed. The car had a broken headlight and they wanted to replace the wing and replace the door. They priced a headlight as £200 when it can be obtained for £30 as guaranteed original parts. As a result of the exaggeration the insurance co offered to right it off. I arranged for an honest profession garage to collect it. When they got there they claimed they had destroyed and discarded the bumper! The intervention of a complaints manager from Fix Autos head office, revealed that they still had the bumper. The cost of repairing the damage done by Fix Auto exceeded the cost of replacing the headlight. Obviously no one would use Fix Auto Cardiff of their own choice, but if your insurance company suggests it don't go there!
