We spent some time in the shop, and settled for an expensive amount of new carpeting. During the 'on site' visit for measuring up and further advice, we were encouraged to do only a half of the job and to see how well it worked out before deciding on the remainder. If any business was thus lost, the good will and trust was increased tenfold. Thank you.
