Stay away from this company
We contracted this business to a large job. Garden design, deck and patio construction. From the outset the work was of a poor qquality, shoddy and incompetently managed. These are just some examples: 1. Laying of a patio, they attempted to clean the stone with patio cleaner without sealing. This reacted with the stone and it turned a patchy orange. They tried to claim with was natural weathering (after about 2 weeks) a short web search made it clear that this patio cleaner should not have been used and that this staining was a likley effect. The large deck area the width of our house was very poorly laid. Eg the facing on the deck showed the metal substrucutre at one end and not at the other becuase it stuck out too far. When challenged on this they explained it was because our house was not straight!. Fortunately the deck material supplied had been faulty the the suppliers came and refitted the whole deck at no cost. They fixed the problems that had been caused by the orginal fitting. 3. The hand railings for the deck did not fit becuse they did not measure it correctly, then they supplied railings that had been treated with interior varnish so it peeled off within two weeks. They then supplied railings that did not fit on the uprights, finally they installed a poor qulaity railing and told us they could do no more becuase they were going bust. On further investigation we found that the company we were contracted to had gonie into voluntary liquidation but there were at least 6 or 7 other companies with a very similar name and they are still trading ussing the same website. I could go on, potting up plants in planters with no drainagle holes so they became water logged, sunken planters wihtout any side walls so filling the planters was impossible... Stay Well away
