I paid £260 for funeral flowers that lasted 3 days! I complained, she wouldn't replace them and blamed the weather. Funny how it was only their poor quality flowers that were affected, everyone else's survived despite being subjected to the same weather conditions. Save yourself the heartache and money, DON'T USE THIS UNSCRUPULOUS FLORIST.
