very rude
i had been to this shop once before the young lady who served me was very cocky but i let it slip , this time she was very rude and even accused me of bringing in a different phone(but i only have the one phone)blackberry storm , i lost my temper and swore at her , im sorry but if you serve people you should show some respect and manners she was even nasty as i walked out of the shop im a manager and travel all over the world true it was bad of me to swear but the i would never even let my children talk to me like she did who trains these shop assistants

Appalling customer service
I bought a replacement phone cover and the paint came off the keys within 2 months. The shop was very reluctant to replace the item. I had to stand and argue the point. Appalling customer service. I will not shop there again.
