Absolutely awful, never will go back
Will never ever return here. The backlight on my phone broke, they took the phone in for two weeks when they said it would take five days. Which was ok I didn't mind waiting the extra week. However, when I got it back the screen wouldn't go to full brightness kept flashing. Apparently this is because the parts they use aren't official aka dodgy. I went in their to fix a problem and left with two more. They refused to give discount even though they were a)Late and b)didn't even fix the phone and made me pay the full 55 pounds. This shop is a joke. However desperate you are to get your phone fixed PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. Absolute Shambles.

Excellent!
Had my iPhone 5 screen repaired about a month or so again. The lady was extremely helpful and advised me of some of their products to help protect my phone in the future, even demonstrating on her own mobile. She seemed to be the most knowledgeable of all the staff. Will definitely be back and make sure I am served by the same lady again. What a laugh! Excellent customer service skills!

Bad customer service, bad repair
I was just reading the above complaint and felt I should let others know about my experience. I have a Sony Experia M which had a broken screen repaired at this shop for £40. It was very good, initially so when I picked it up I had to sign some paperwork that meant I had 2 weeks to use my phone and make sure I was happy. After about 3 to four weeks I started to notice a build up of dust under the screen, under closer inspection I found the screen wasn't fixed properly. There was a slight bowing in the center which meant that dust could get inside. My wife complained via phone but even after my details were found on their system they told her that it was done at another shop and it wasn't them. The second time she phoned they said it was passed the 2 week period and slammed the phone down....charming. I thought it a bit harsh as it took longer than 2 weeks for me to notice the problem. Anyway, I was able to remove the glass with my thumb nail and glue the screen down myself and have had no problems since.

Appalling customer service
After having my iPhone screen repaired for £50 it ended up with a huge crack in it after a couple of days. The phone was not dropped or damaged. I took the phone back to Fone World in Plymouth and the customer service I received was disgusting. I went in with a polite attitude, but the member of staff was rude, unhelpful, with an awful tone of voice, didn't listen to what I was saying and he clearly wasn't interested in helping a customer that had a problem with a product the company had used to fix an iPhone. I would not recommend anyone to this shop ever again, as I am extremely disappointed in the way they treated me.
