At Forest Fitness we believe that you can get all you need to stay in shape by using your body and the space around you. Of course it’s useful to use some basic equipment but we believe you don’t need to join a gym to get a brilliant workout. You don’t really need expensive machines or computerised equipment. Whether it’s cardiovascular conditioning or training for maximum strength you can get all you need with some simple equipment and more importantly some imagination. We believe that nature provides the perfect environment for exercise. We’re so lucky in this part of London to have Epping Forest right on our doorstep. It’s a beautiful place to train, an inspiring place to run, an exciting place to ride and a refreshing change for strength training. Obviously we are a business and we want your custom, so we’re happy to train you where ever is most convenient for you. We’ll come to your home or your workplace, you can come to us, or we’ll even take you to the gym. However, key to our philosophy as a company is being active outside in the parkland, in the forest, even your back garden. We offer - one-to-one personal training, - weekly boot camp sessions, - a beginners' running group, - sports conditioning and coaching Whatever your ability or level of fitness we can provide you with the expert support you need to achieve your health and fitness goals.
