Fox-Davies Therapy offers Clinical Hypnosis at settings in Canterbury and Broadstairs / Ramsgate.

We use hypnosis to help people bring about desirable changes in their lives, from stopping smoking to looking forward to childbirth without fear.

Hypnotherapy works with your unconscious mind and imagination to help you make changes such as overcoming phobias, increasing self-confidence for public speaking and sports performance.

We offer Stop Smoking as a single intensive session of 2 hours, to tackle all your smoking issues at once. (A Free top-up session is available if necessary).

Birth in Mind classes are available either as private appointments, for pregnant women with or without their birth partners, or in very small groups. Each session is accompanied by a supporting CD for use at home.

Weight control appointments, for weight loss or weight stabilisation, are a short,flexible course, to fit your needs and requirements.

Other issues covered include: panic attacks, phobias, anxiety and stress management, bed wetting, unwanted habits, performance anxiety for sportsmen and women,musicians and actors,memory strategies, and much more.
