Excellent steaks and the 3 course menu was great. Had the banoffee pie for desert which was also very tasty. Service was excellent and friendly.

Rude treatment
I can't comment on the quality of the food I'm afraid, but unless you want to be subject to broken promises and treated disrespectfully this is probably a place to avoid.My wife and I had a booking for 14 February. An advance booking fee of £20 was taken, which seemed fair enough for Valentine's day, but we were told we would be able to claim this back against a future meal if we cancelled. On 12 February my wife gave birth (unexpectedly, 5 weeks early) so I obviously had to ring to cancel. I didn't ask for a refund but asked how we would be able to get our £20 credit at a future date: would they be issuing a credit note? The man I spoke to would not give a straight answer, was generally rude, and gave the impression that he was prepared to say anything to get me off the phone. The manager was apparently unavailable.I wrote to the manager seeking clarification and the letter was ignored. So I wrote again and, once again, no response. I'm giving up now, but will give this place a wide berth in the future.

Avoid at all costs
I did not even want to give this place a rating as it truly does not deserve one. My only hope of doing this review is to save other people from what my friend and I, who lunched here last week have suffered the last few days. We ate out here last week, and have unfortunately both suffered symptoms of severe food poisoning since. We have reported this to the food safety team at Bromley borough council who are now investigating. Unfortunately what we did not know before we ate here is that this place has got previous!!!!! If you look up the food safety ratings it has been given 1 star out of 5, apparently this is due to the poor storage of food here. Please avoid this place, it does not deserve your custom, and you as a paying public most definately do not deserve food poisoning. If the manager / owner ever reads this then my message to this person is, you should be ashamed. Giving people food poisoning can be very dangerous and in extreme cases can lead to death. I just hope this place gets closed down.
