Do not trust freedom

I am a serviceman who does not have a huge amount of spare time. I needed a website I could trust and depend on to arrange a stag party with the same care and consideration that I would do myself. I did not recieve this service, I have completely let down my stag and feel absolutely awful for it. On arriving at our hotel we were told that each room would have two men to a double bed and one man to a single in each room. Freedom have obviously done this as a cost saving measure at the customers discomfort. My group is full of Grown men, including servicemen and retired servicemen. We are not children who share beds And I find it absurd that they would think a rowdy stag group of grown men would want to top and tail a bed together. Freedom do fairly say this is in their terms and conditions as their technicality, so expect this to be the service they provide you. We had to buy another hotel Room at a hotel down the road, splitting our group and giving us greater costs than expected. You can imagine what this did to the attitude of the group. We also bought the pub crawl game package and upon starting it were told at the first pub that they did not allow groups in! This was a designated stop off point and information inside gives you clues to the unlock a Master code you gradually unlock over the night. We abandoned the game since it was obviously poorly organised. You can imagine how this too made our group feel on the whole following the hotel. We salvaged what we could from the night ambling around Bristol despite the awful organisation from top to bottom by freedom ltd. I have been in weeks of contact with freedom and have been told after "great consideration" that they will do nothing to compensate me. They offered me a credit on the pub crawl game, I'm afraid after this stag party that is a rather redundant offer, who would pick me as a best man after this! If you want my advice, find the time and arrange it yourself. Do not put such a big day in the hands of strangers with their own interests at heart.
