lively French tutorial by native qualified teacher

First of all, I would like to introduce myself: I was born in Paris, then my parents moved down to Burgundy where I grew up among the vineyards. I worked all over the world as an Ingénieur, then as a Business Entrepreneur.

I have been married 30 years to a Scot and we live in Nottingham where I gained my Teacher qualification & have now taught French with total dedication for over 10 years. I decided to be freelance & I teach mainly at the local colleges, at business premises and for private tuition in my home with all the resources available: video, Internet access, books, etc. and I live a few minutes walk from the Nottingham city centre!

For more information about tailored private tuition, just email me freelife@ntlworld.com

or simply ring me on (0115) 9107500. As for cost of tuition, I follow the price guide from the Regional Language Network as I want to offer value for money.

Studying french with Eddy Keon

Service

Quality

Value

We have been studying with Eddy in Nottingham for around 3 years, usually with a weekly lesson lasting for an hour and a half, where Eddy teaches two of us together. Eddy strikes an excellent balance between planning lesson subjects for us and allowing us to be self directed. He also uses a good mixture of study methods including free conversation; role plays, reading and the use of TV and video. Eddy is a native french speaker and is highly knowledgeable about the French language and always happy and able to explain any questions on grammar or usage. He is also interested in and knowledgeable about a wide range of subjects including art, wine and food, politics, French history, business and current affairs, (but not football!) all of which he combines very effectively to bring his lessons and the French language to life. "French Teaching for all" est vivement recommandé!
