My wife and I went to the 3 York Road Dental Practise in early 2007. I was assured that if I made an appointment in advance for a specific time as a private pateint we would be seen at that time within a few minutes. We arrived for our appointment and waited and waited. We were told that a dentist was not available and they were running late. I noticed that there was no clock in the waiting room. After 40 minutes we asked if we could be seen or arrange a later appointment that day. We were told that we could not. I would not use this business again. (We went to another dentist in the Broadstone area and received a first class service.) I think this business should re-evaluate their standards of conduct.
