I ordered flowers to be sent to my sister for the anniversary of our mums death. Unfortunately, I am left feeling sad and disappointed. The flowers which I ordered are not the same as the flowers she received. Before writing this I called the shop to see if a mistake had been made and the wrong flowers were delivered. I was told it was the right flowers and the same bunch. No apology. I will not order again, they are definitely not a large bunch, not worth the money I paid.
