I have over 15 years experience of playing and teaching music. I am Musician in Residence at Harrogate High School. I teach Trumpet, Cornet, Flugel, Horn, Baritone and Euphonium up to grade 8. Percussion including all tuned up to Grade 8. Music Theory. CRB cert. on request.

Fantastic Teacher
As a trombone player I fancied something different and thought I would try the Flugel. Garry is an excellent teacher taking me from slide to valves in easy steps. His jovial but serious apporach makes lessons a pleasure and would recommend him to beginners, improvers, in fact all. I am now considering having a bash at percussion.

Excellent Teacher
Garry is an excellent and very patient brass teacher who has brought my playing on leaps and bounds. I would highly recommend him to either beginners or players with more experience looking to improve their playing.
