About Us
Our group is one of the few players to offer all species of poultry and control its entire chain, from production to marketing. Proud to belong to the first cooperative in France: TERRENA, Gastronome is the third French poultry group in its consolidated revenues, and the second player in terms of market share nationally. Demanding on food safety, traceability and customer satisfaction, Gastronome eventually deploy certification IFS (International Food standard) on all its sites, sometimes supplemented by a BRC (British Retail Consortium) as part of its export markets. Building on its anchorage areas, Gastronome has 8 years to develop a culture taking into account the requirements of its distributors or processors and the expectations and needs of its consumers.
