Gem Estate Management Ltd, Estate Management Services In Letchworth Garden City

We inherited GEM from our builders who were looking after supposed to be managing our estate under residents control, we had lots of questions to ask them and on each occassion they gave us the wrong advice, We had numerous queries regarding their costs and charges which were incorrect, once they realised that we had caught them out, they tried to intimidate us by giving notice to quit-however we accepted this and found another company to run the Estate and we are very glad we did - They are certainly not very proffessional.
