fantastic service and quality
I visited this store looking for my dream dress having trudged round loads of dress shops, from the moment I walked in it was a real treat the ladies were very welcoming and helpful. My mum and sister were made very welcome and we were all given drinks. I chose loads of dresses, their collection is so good I couldn't choose between them. We spent over 2hours trying on and the lady that helped me gave me loads of help and advise. I found my dress which I love love love and could fault the service or range of dresses. I took my other half back to the store and we have chosen all our stationery and flowers from them, what a fantastic store everything under one roof and the people there are really helpful. They have guilded us through every stage from filling in the invite form to the number of button holes to order. I would recommend this store to anyone who is getting married there is no one better in the area

Outstanding
I am having my dress from this shop, and I am so glad I discovered it. I trawlled many places looking for my dream dress, but I received so much shoddy service and bad attitudes, that I couldnt get past it. I came here, and was warmly welcomed, made to feel comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. I must have tried on almost every dress, yet I didn't feel like they wanted to rush me or get me out. I received so much good advice, and the ladies there suggested dresses that I wouldn't have necessarily picked out- yet those were the ones that suited me the best- so they definately know what they are doing! The quality of all the dresses was amazing too, the fabric was rich, unlike many of the others I'd seen elsewhere- yes, they were somewhat cheaper, but you can see why from a mile! After such an amazing experience I have full faith in these people, as you can see they have no belief in cutting corners or anything like that. I wa skept up to date with every stage of my dress and accessories, from when they had received confirmations, to giving me expected delivery dates, and when they had arrived. I didnt have to do any chasing at all, which, before I started looking, was one of my big worries. Not only are the people there 'shop assistants', they have become like friends. Not only did I order my dress and accessories from them, but they also do Stationery and Flowers, so I've had those too. It's brilliant to be able to get everything from one place. I don't know anywhere else that does everything. It's a relief, and such a weight lifted. I can't praise them enough, what more can I say? OUTSTANDING!
