Awful service from start to finish
Be careful - we experienced overcharging, no return of phone calls, delays and eventually a stove which was fitted in a way that would kill if used (no exaggeration). We were offered a refund of the stove (but not the fitting - £170 for 2 hrs work and left as a death trap) only if we arranged for the stove to be taken out (at our own expense) and only once they inspected it. as soon as we expressed dissatisfaction we were ignored, until we went in person, whereupon we were accused of being aggressive. It took 3 months for Glenhill to offer a refund - they reneged on their promise to take the stove out. An absolute disgrace.
