my wife and i became ill in march, we have been round and round with with this company threatened the ombudsman and their unmoved in paying out on a simple all inclusive package. The whole impression they give smacks of we will duck and dive.re port these to the ombudsman.

Cheap but not worth the paper it's printed on. They state baggage loss or delay but only for what you have receipts for purchases, so unless you have time to do a big shop for things you won't need in a day or so, forget the value of this insurance scam. After looking the first set of documents, that we fortunately recorded the delivery of they delayed, wrote further requests and drove us to not bother for the few pounds we claimed. We, of course, won't use them again,. Our suggestion, use a real insurance company that's honest and will pay what they say they will on the front page, not use the sixteen, yes sixteen, pages of small print to avoid paying what they agreed.
