Thank You! Just a quick email to say 'thank you' for my recent excellent experience with your company. I have a built in Hotpoint dishwasher which had stopped working. I rang your company purely based upon local knowledge and you were able to book me in for a repair the very next day. Your friendly technician Martin arrived and began work, and I was surprise to hear the machine working within just an hour. I expected him to say he would have to order expensive parts or try and just sell me a new machine, but no - he had found a small blockage and assured me this was all that was wrong. The cost? Just £44 paid conveniently on my card in my own home. I was doubtful this was all that it needed- but its been a week now and all is still fine. It's great to know that there is still an 'old fashioned' honest company out there that simply wants to get you up and running again and not try and rip you off. I have already recommended you to all my friends and colleagues, even one who is a builder who often gets asked who to use for this kind of work. Keep up the good work guys, hope to use you again if ever I need to!
