Dont get trap

My experience with Eilott Wilson, trading as Goole Trade Carpets, serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers. I paid £800 upfront for a single bedroom carpet supply and fitting, only to discover shortly after that I had been grossly overcharged. An alternative quote of £350 from a reputable installer validated this fact, offering better quality and workmanship. When I requested a refund and asked Eilott to put the job on hold for further confirmation, they began avoiding my calls and ignored my refund requests. This lack of professionalism and accountability is disheartening. I strongly advise to exercise caution when dealing with Eilott and Goole Trade Carpets. Their lack of transparency regarding pricing and unwillingness to engage in a constructive dialogue raise concerns about their business practices and customer satisfaction. Let my experience serve as a warning: thoroughly research and compare alternative options before engaging e.wilson, trading as Goole Trade Carpets, for carpet supply and fitting projects.
