Disgusting Company

This company is disgusting and you should avoid at all costs. They overcharged my card by nearly £70 and when I rang 3 days ago to advise I was told by a very confuded driver he would look into it and get back to me. Having heard nothing I rang again today and was insulted by a very rude, loud Jean who told me they dont have time to deal with this now as they too busy delivering oil and at least I had oil. She told me she didnt have time to be on the phone as they had calls coming in, yet when I rang to arrange the sale she was happy enough to stay on talking about all the extras they have and to tell me about her Avon and how good it is and arranged to send me the book and chat about how cold she was stuck int he snow with no electricity. Not only did they overcharge me, insult me, leave me all over Easter short of money and spill oil over the yard but they are clearly not business people and have no idea what they are doing. Very unhappy and physically shaken after her tone and attidue. What ever happened to customer service and apologising. I will be taking the matter further via whatever channels necessary and am very unhappy. First and last time dealing with this company.
