Public Liability Insurance cover is £5,000,000 and Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) for advice given (Legionella, Gas, Controls) and design work carried out is £250,000.All staff have been CRB checked.

Our Services

From an initial survey we would typically provide you with a maintenance plan that can cover all mechanical and electrical services. We can fix the labour cost for up to three years to allow you to budget accordingly.
Our plan would include making sure that you are covered on your legislative concerns which may offer piece of mind.

Offering a full controls design, installation and maintenance facility, we can offer you advice on your existing installation. It may be that you are stuck with a company who has the licence to operate your controller (this is called closed-protocol) and you have to use them; we however can replace that with an open-protocol controller (which may well fit to your existing sensors and cables) so in the future you are not governed by any one company. We can review your controls and assess how to reduce your fuel consumption.
