Green Vale Homes is a not-for-profit Industrial and Provident Society based in Rossendale, Lancashire. We have been operating since March 2006. We do not have any shareholders, and any surplus cash is used to improve homes and services for our tenants.

About Us

On 1st April 2011, Green Vale Homes became a part of the Together Housing Group.

The Together Housing Group is a leading provider of quality affordable and modern homes for rent across the North of England.

The Group was formed on 1st April 2011 following the coming together of three well established housing groups;
Trans-Pennine Housing:- Pennine Housing 2000 in Calderdale and Sheffield & Green Vale Homes in Pennine Lancashire
Chevin Housing:- Chevin Housing Association, Harewood Housing Society, and Synergy Housing Solutions operating in the Yorkshire and Humber regions
Prospect Homes:- Twin Valley Homes & Housing Pendle, both in Pennine Lancashire.
Spread across the North of England, the Group manage over 35,000 homes affecting over 50,000 people's lives and employing over 1,250 staff.

Each partner company will keep its local identity for local communities and our aim is to give better services and value to our customers, and achieve our mission of Making a Better Future Together.

As a registered social landlord (RSL), we are supervised and regulated by the TSA/HCA. ​
