About Us

Since the formation of the company in 1971, and its purchase by the Arnold Clark Group in 2003, GTG Training has continued to provide top quality training and education in areas such as business, IT, health and safety, first aid, transport and automotive technical.

With locations in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and the West Midlands, GTG provides training services to many of the UK's largest companies, including Arnold Clark Automobiles Ltd, major banks, public utilities, emergency services, the NHS, the MOD and many local authorities.

With the approval of many prestigious bodies such as IMI, Microsoft Office, RHA, ILM, FTA, City and Guilds and most recently BSC, GTG has cemented its position as one of the UK's most innovative, experienced and qualified training establishments.

Since the beginning, GTG Training has had a strong message – invest in skills, invest in people, and invest in the workforce of the future. GTG Training has previously collected the Glasgow Business Award for Apprentice Employer of the Year, and recognises the importance of offering young people an opportunity to grow with us. At GTG, we offer a range of Modern Apprenticeship programmes that allow individuals aged 16 or over the opportunity to learn while they work.

In addition to the excellent training provided, GTG offers unique and exciting locations for meetings, conferences and events. Our contemporary venues have been designed to host events of varying sizes and are equipped to cater for all technological and presentation requirements.
