Bodgit, Scarper and the Bully Boys

I orderered 6 windows 2 of which were two replacement bay windows with new window sills. I mainly dealt with Steve Taylor and he informed me that it would take 3 days for the fitting. (Aug 2011), however they failed to show up on the first day of the fitting, without so much as a phone call, until a rang Steve, who then informed me the previous job had ran over. They turned up on the following day and were finished on the Friday. Immediately there was a problem with the upstair bay window, some of the cosmetic work had not been done to specification and we had to cancel the cheque, They did return to do this, however as the winter months set in we realised there were draughts around the window. On further investigation we realised they had stuck the wallpaper back over cracks and holes caused during the fitting. Some of the holes were stuffed with sealer and then we discovered toilet paper stuffed behind to fill the void. They had put a trim under the window sill which didn't fit correctly (and I'm not sure that should have been there). After several phone calls and several missed appointments I had to phone trading standards. Eventually two workmen one of which was Mark Taylor came out. I thought they were going to inspect the problems, however they wanted to do the work there and then, but couldn't give me a clear answer on how they were going to conduct the repairs except slapping a bit of plaster over the holes. I wasn't happy and wanted them to arrange a more convenient time when my husband was at home at which point Mark Taylor verbally abused me and stormed out the house together with the other workman who promply slammed my front door in my face, narrowly missing hitting me.
