extremeley rude!!!!
Phoned up to see if the item i wanted was in stock and was subjected to a can't be bothered attitiude and then I had the phoned put down on me. I was very polite and during my enquriies mid sentence of my request my call was terminated. To me customer service is key to a good business, and even if he maybe the best shoe repairer i wont be giving him my business!! Not even worth one star but i had to enter one star to submit.

The Best
This is only the Best shoe repairer in the UK!!! I have been a customer for many years now , the shoe repairer has been doing this for 20years now, and ive never ever found another place that fixes shoes like H & B Services, he is literally magic with his hands, and will make your shoes look and feel brand new. He will do the job to the best of his ability, and not take sneaky little shortcuts to save him time, he truly makes your shoes last!
