Welcome to Hainsworth Fitness, my name is Scott Hainsworth and I am a fully qualified and insured fitness instructor and personal trainer.
I specialise in getting people fit, active and healthy in East Sussex by providing excellent, up-to-date training in the comfort of your own home, down the local park or at your place of work.
I offer good quality, affordable and fun 1-to-1 personal training and various group exercise classes.
Whatever preference you have to training, be it personal 1-to-1 based sessions or working out in a group environment - I will be with you to train, motivate and advise you all the way. Enabling you to achieve all the goals you set yourself.
