Very poor service
Cancelled my appointment and didn't tell me until I arrived after driving for 40mins. Booking was a Groupon and I suspect they found a customer who would pay more money. No apology, just some stupid excuse. Also, ridiculous patch testing policy where you have to go to the place precisely 48 hours prior to the appointment or pay extra for a postal patch testing kit. Avoid!

Poor service
Very poor service. Owner or senior supervisor did not seem to know how to train the younger staff without patronising them in a very rude manner at was unprofessional. Had to wait almost half an hour to be asked if I wanted a drink. Then the front door was open so I was shivering so the boss could let some 'air in the salon'. Would never ever go back or recommend to anyone.
