Haircare direct do not use

Haircare direct actually is not something I would recommend to anyone website looks really professional and makes you feel comfortable about going to see this lady, Jayda, unfortunately my experience from start to finish was far from that, for a start it is her house u go to, the whole 2 hours I was there her children kept coming in...and constant arguments from them coming from the other room, I understand that this is the norm for kids but not when u r going there to what u thought was going to be an excitable and enjoyable experience, I had the hair extensions done 6 days before my wedding, Jayda claimed they would last 6-8 weeks, the day of my wedding they were already starting to come out resulting in me having to wear clip in hair extensions after spending a lot of money, when I got back from honeymoon all of the extensions had come out... I contacted Jayda and she gave me alternative dates so she could reapply, unfortunately I couldn't make dates due to work commitments, I requested a refund from Jayda to which she basically said not a chance. Hopefully my review will make you all think not to book with haircare direct uk as the hair does not last as advertised!! U will all be wasting a lot of money for an extremely poor service and product.
