Don't rely on them... if you have an appointment to make. Booking made several hours earlier didn't arrive; rang after 5 mins to be told that they were 'waiting for a car to come clear' - not even on its way! I got a lift from a neighbour but missed two trains and was late for an important event in London. The minimum requirement for a taxi must be to arrive somewhere near the time arranged.
